The drive of LD &LDJ series agitators adopt single bevel-helical gear configuration design, its structure of simple, compact, nice-sight, fit for the moderate or high speed mixing work site. It can accommodates the packing box of B01, B34, B05 for the below space of LDJ series agitator. LD series agitator directly used for atmosphere mixing work site, and collate in the site of various racks required shaft seal for pressure vessel, its configuration model of reducer’s output shaft and mixing shaft separate two sorts of Ⅰ mode common column type and Ⅲ mode cased-muff type.
LV series agitators is designed as a novel strap drive agitators, which improved according to the overseas products in the 90’s, its transmission strap adopt strong narrow V-belt, and the load capacity improved by 50% contrast to the common one, its features of high efficiency, long life, compact structure, stable transmission, convenient assembly, etc.
LV series agitators divided into the LV standard and LVH environmental type, its configuration model of reducer’s output shaft and mixing shaft separate the three sorts of Ⅰ mode common column type, Ⅱmode holdfast type and Ⅲ mode cased-muff type. Output shaft of cased-muff type directly connect with the mixing shaft, that is without coupling connection. The protection cover of reducer straps is designed outdoor enclosed, and used for outdoor working.
LVE, LVF narrow V-belts series reducers adopt 5V narrow V-belt for transmission, the mounting of reducer and motor separately, its configuration model of reducer’s output shaft and mixing shaft separate two sorts of Ⅰ mode common column type and Ⅱmode holdfast type, the reducer mounting type is divided into the LVF and LVE model. LVE model without connection shaft head out of tank, its compact structure, low center of gravity, collocated with the shaft seal easily replacement, specially fit for the industry of food or pharmacy required high sanitary standard.
LVB， LVD high-power straps series reducers by narrow V-belt driving, its motor adopt the YJL series self flat roof mounting, its features of high power, low noise, vibration absorption, stable drive, etc, especially more applied into the large biologic ferment system and environmental water treatment system. |
